EXCHANGE TERMS

Items can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date. We are pleased to exchange your jewellery as long as it hasn’t been worn, damaged, and still has the security tags attached.

Please note that sale items and promotions are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. For hygiene and health reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON FAULTY GOODS

If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing asarahthelabel@gmail.com with the reason for your return.

Return the goods along with the pouch/box, original invoice, and the completed Return Form. Please ensure they are returned within 14 days using a shipping method with a tracking number.

The goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they are returned to Asarah.

Asarah will not issue a refund for items that are not received or are lost in transit.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
